Good day Victoria,We apologize for the negative experience that you had with us.We're in a very busy part of Jacksonville which is why we have our property completely fenced off. We also have an amazing camera system which shows every angle of the property and security team at night from 10pm - 6am.

no water for shower room was run down smoke detector on top of wardrobe was a nice touch.no coffee cups and the area of the buffet was very dirty. stay away.
