Mikayla, the daytime manager, was very rude to us. Constantly, knocking on our door and trying to kick us out even though we had paid. We were overcharged for our 2nd week and double charged for our last day. The housekeepers and night-time staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The way we were treated by Mikayla was uncalled for as well as, the way she treats her staff is terrible. This has really upset me because I truly love the location. Something truly needs to be done about the daytime management. Mikayla was very nasty toward my fiancé who is disabled & Autistic. The owners and staff are amazing, but manager Mikayla has made our stay the worst we have ever experienced.

The owner or whoever was rude to my family because they didn’t service our room and yelled at my sister for asking for clean towels . The floor was absolutely dirty, our shoes are forever black now and our feet stayed the color black . The first time we checked in we given a room with no linens or anything . They forgot the rooms were being remodeled so they had to switch our room . Our key didn’t work and we had to go to the front and an Indian man yelled at us because our key didnt work . It was a okay stay but the people there were not the best except the nice light skinned lady who greeted us .

My recent stay at the Days Inn by Wyndham in Jacksonville, NC, was incredibly disappointing, despite the ongoing renovations. While I understand improvements are underway, significant issues with both management and the hotel's operational standards severely impacted my experience. For starters, the pool was closed during my visit, reportedly due to failing inspections or other regulatory hurdles. This was a major letdown, as it's an advertised amenity I expected to use. Compounding this, loud partying outside rooms continued late into the night, making it nearly impossible to get any restful sleep. The management team, particularly the owner, displayed highly unprofessional and inappropriate behavior. I personally witnessed instances of what I perceived as rude and potentially racist conduct from the owner. It also appeared that the hotel frequently fluctuated its prices without clear reason. The way staff were treated was also concerning; they seemed to be subjected to excessive micromanagement and disrespectful behavior, which likely contributes to a negative working environment. During my stay, my husband was publicly belittled in front of other guests and staff, which was completely unacceptable. Despite having stayed for two consecutive nights and attempting to extend for a third, I was abruptly told I couldn't prolong my stay and had to leave. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nice little place quiet nice little restaurant in the front good Mexican food full bar. Great service front desk was very friendly rooms are clean. She gave me one in the back. Very quiet stopped in for a layover. If ever back in the area would we’ll stay again recommend the place definitely a great value for the price

The front desk lady didn’t even know where the rooms were. She sent me to the wrong side of the motel and had to wonder for 20 min till I found it. The first room I got the cutters were broken off wall and nails on floor. Then changed rooms. The next room had roaches in it. The “breakfast” was slices of wonder bread in plastic bag no toaster no butter no jam just bread. Expired milk and orange juice. Toilet did not flush. Hair dryer did not work. You could hear every car drive by beep they made every n sound felt like it was in the room. There were cockroaches everywhere! Motel did not have soap and I was instructed to go to the hotel next door and ask them for amenities. I was charged twice for the room and did not get a full refund! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!
