The Owner Suite and living room feature wall-to-wall sliding glass doors, allowing uninterrupted views of the ocean, beach, and dunes. Drift off to sleep serenaded by the soothing sounds of crashing waves, accessible by simply cracking open the sliding glass door. Elevator or stairs grant easy access to both the beach and pool, where Ocean Place offers two oceanfront pools for your leisure. Wooden walkways outside the pool areas lead directly to the beach. Indulge in the culinary delights and beachfront ambiance at the nearby Ritz-Carlton. Whether it's a romantic retreat, a family adventure, or a getaway with friends, this condo promises an unforgettable escape.



The South Pool will remain open, though there may be brief temporary closures after April 15 while nearby balcony work is completed. The North Pool is expected to close on or around April 13 as construction begins on a unit mock-up.



Guest Access:

You will have a code to the gated access of the complex, as well as a code for entry. Instructions for arrival are emailed 5 days prior to arrival. Door code is sent the afternoon of your arrival.

Amelia Island, a picturesque beach town, offers various modes of transportation, including cars, golf carts, bikes, and scooters, catering to diverse preferences and ensuring convenient travel for all.

You are emailed the door code on the day of arrival



DEPOSIT INFORMATION

The $500 hold is collected upon the day of arrival and released 3 days after checkout, given there is no damage to the property

Bookings over 30 days may require additional cleaning fees and an additional security deposit
