Surf Park's Unique History:
Our home was moved to Jacksonville Beach in 1948 from Camp Blanding by train. This home was originally an Army Barracks.
We hope you enjoy learning Jacksonville Beaches history while you stay with us.

Surf Park is located only 3 short blocks to the beach. Restaurants, bars and shopping even closer! Completely renovated, and furnished with everything you need! You will see and enjoy all that the Beaches community has to offer. We are Jacksonville Beach Locals and love sharing our community with you!

We are PET Friendly with a large fenced backyard!

Another Great Stay At SurfPark
Once again (3rd time) the house was fantastic. We like the Location being within a few blocks of the beach and just north of the Jax Pier and local Bars/Restaurants. This location is great to get towards Jax (St. Johns for shopping and restaurants) and to Top Golf and other to do's.Heather (Property Manager) is great and very accomodating. House has everything you need and especially the fenced in backyard. Our Beagle loved it! and the neighbors are great as well.

Perfect Beach Cottage
The house was adorable and comfortable. Loved that it was a house with history yet completely updated. The backyard was absolutely perfect for my dog and for my family to hang out. Heather was extremely responsive with any questions. We had a great stay!

Jacksonville Beach House Hunting
My family enjoyed the charming home near everything in the area. Was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the backyard space with the grill, fire pit and hammock. Felt larger inside than we expected. My kids loved their stay.

Perfect!
This was the perfect place for our stay! Easy walk to beach and area restaurants. Very clean and the host has literally thought of everything! Beach chairs, towels and wagon were so handy. We spent every night in the backyard around the fire pit. Will definitely be back!

Perfect Valentine's Week Beach Getaway
Surf Park is so cute and comfortable. The perfect spot for a Valentine's beach getaway. We were able to walk and bike to all of our favorite spots for eating and relaxing. We will definitely return.

Very nice stay
I was in town for 1.5 weeks; this property was clean, cute, and updated with plenty of amenities I didn’t really need, but were nice to have (i.e. firepit, hammock, beach items). The location near Jax Beach was great, and the check in and check out process were seamless. Would rent again.
