When we got to the hotel no attendant was there to check us in. I had to find him. He stated that the reservation was not entered correctly. He was nice but we flew up in the middle of the night to see our loved one who died twice and miraculously survived. We were tired and overwhelmed. It was not the best welcome to a hotel.

My room phone didn’t work, but the desk clerk scheduled a wake up call anyway! Very flippant about whole situation. The shower nozzle was coming out of the wall. The breakfast was very nice.
