Horrible hotel. Rude front desk.

First when we checked in the front desk was so rude and unprofessional. She gave us price way higher than what she gave me on the phone when I called and way higher what was posted online. She sat in the room for so long instead of checking us in. I asked for one printer paper for my daughter to write on for her homework and she said she cannot give any paper not even one. The front desk was way so rude. Non stop noise all over the place. The cover was moldy and smelly. The whole place was a zero star for me. Parking has a lot of car noise. Will never stay again.

The first room had a Oder the second room the bed was so uncomfortable the pillow was flat and the sheets were dimmed. The bathroom sink and tub was stained i left early the next morning at 7 came back to get at least a partial refund but was unsuccessful.

The room had old carpeting that was not clean. I saw a dirt in the shower and hair on the bathroom counter. The bed was OK. The bathroom curtain had stain along the bottom. I did not trust to put it in the shower. The front desk staff were helpful and easy to work with. The breakfast selection is extremely limited.

Live and dead roaches as soon as I walked into a "clean" room. Smells of smoking in a "non-smoking" room. Cigarette burns in the sheets and window curtains. Truly not the place to stay even for the price. Check you A/C unit for more uncleanliness that may be blowing your way. No refund, not worth the booking.

Horrible do not stay here !

It was bad, mold in the room, stains on the wall, the bed was hard, the whole place smell like cigarettes. The lady checking us in was less than pleasant. This place has potential, however who ever owns it does not care about it. You can tell the junkies go there the most. I only stayed because it was last minute. The pictures online fooled me it was not what I expected. It was my first and last !

I wish I could give this place zero stars. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that cleanliness is not a priority here. The lobby smelled musty, and things only got worse in the room. The sheets had stains, the bathroom was filthy with mold in the shower, and the carpet felt sticky—who knows when it was last cleaned? Save yourself the headache and book literally anywhere else. This place is beyond disgusting.

We had to leave this hotel almost immediately. As a parent with a baby, I was deeply concerned about the hygiene and cleanliness of the room—it felt completely unsafe. Unfortunately, I doubt I’ll receive any sort of refund, but this has been a truly awful experience. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel to save yourself the time, money, and stress.
