Great area, 7 min to Atlantic Beach, St. Johns Town Center, Ponte Vedra, Golfing, Mayo Clinic, Fun Night Life or Just Relaxing on the Dock. Peaceful! Very quaint, eclectic, cozy, COTTAGE HAS A PRIVATE DRIVEWAY WITH A ORANGE MAILBOX PARKING AT COTTAGE ONLY. comfortable & so peaceful.

Full kitchen with island has desk area,
Fishing dock with floating docks..Dock has some fishing gear.bring your poles
Private patio & yard ,may store a small boat in driveway area with your car- truck.. There’s a full kitchen. FRESH LINENS...WE ARE ON ARTESIAN. WELL WATER SYSTEM WE DO Have bottle drinking water for the cottage if you prefer. There’s a black iron fence that divide properties please stay on your side including parking, So both sides are private.

A non refundable PET FEE $100. PER PET PER STAY
.. And restrictions on some breeds USD More if you have multiples....Cleanup fees will be assessed if pet has an accident or damages to the cottage . The cutest little guest house was so cozy and had lovely views of the water. The host provided gifts of wine and biscotti. There was plenty of bottled water. Coffee creamer was brand new. She went above the normal amenities we previously have received with rentals. Loved the location as it was in between the beaches and downtown. Would love to return sometime.

Great little gem and so private

Nice cozy spot for two. We travel with a lot of our own food so having a full kitchen was a major bonus. Comfy bed and all we needed. Beautiful location and nice evening sitting outside with our pups. Gracious attentive host always available for any questions. We will be back!

A slice of paradise

We have stayed at "Little Paradise"for several years.The owner is always doing something creative.The outside porch is wonderful for relaxing and looking out at the water. If you want to sit close to the water or fish the dock is not far.You will not find another gem like this

Property was very clean, comfortable and above all cozy. Loved everything about this heavenly cottage. Safe and secure for a mature lady visiting on her own or any professional looking for their home away from home. My stay was idyllic and I am hoping to book again in the future. Perfect Getaway!

Adorable, quaint cottage decorated with such thoughtfulness and creativity. We were greeted with snacks, wine, sparkling water, and a fridge full of bottled water. We had everything we needed for our weekend away. The hostess was quick to respond to any questions and recommended great places for shopping and dining. We will definitely visit again if we are in Jacksonville in the future.

The best bed ever.

This is the sweetest cute little cottage, Deborah outdid herself on making us feel very comfy. The bed is wonderful, now I want a new bed. (lol) She had different flavors of coffee for us which was very sweet of her. We will be back.

Cottage delight

We loved this rental! It was perfect for my husband and myself! It was very clean and decorated very nicely

cozy and so relaxing

 Deborah was great 
.. she had snacks, bottle water and fresh flowers and a bottle of wine waiting for us!! She responded usually within a few minutes if we had questions!!! I was looking forward to enjoying the peaceful quietness of the patio each morning but unfortunately the rain didn’t cooperate! We would highly recommend this rental and Deborah was great!

Excellent VRBO! Beautifully decorated, cozy and lots of charm inside and outside. The waterway view and dock are another plus as well as the spacious yard, pergola and garden walkway with various sitting areas. The host has thought of everything! Will return!
