When you stay at Ketch a Wave, you are booking directly with the owner rather than through a property manager. This allows us to keep fees minimal - only a cleaning fee, which goes directly to our cleaner, and VRBO’s standard service fee.

- Convenient Oceanfront Location -
Our condo is located in the Ketch Courtyard complex, which is about 5 miles from popular attractions such as Fort Clinch State Park and the historic downtown area. Just across the street, you will find a local favorite, The Surf Restaurant. If you’re hoping to enjoy Amelia Island’s beautiful beaches, just walk out the front door to the beach walkway that’s exclusively for Ketch Courtyard guests.

- Kitchen with a View -
One of the primary benefits of staying in a vacation condo rather than a hotel is having the ability to prepare your own meals, saving you money. You’ll appreciate our fully-equipped kitchen with all stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The kitchen is open-concept, allowing you to continue enjoying the wonderful ocean view while you prepare meals.

Beyond pots and pans and other kitchen essentials, we also provide

- Oceanfront, Restful Living Room -
After spending the day exploring Amelia Island, you can relax in our comfortable leather sofa or accent chair. There is a new flat screen TV with Comcast cable. If you want to dine in, there is a table for 4 plus additional barstool seating at the counter.

- Master Suite with Private Balcony Access -
In the master bedroom, you’ll find a new king size bed, a flat screen TV, and plenty of storage space in the walk-in closet. There is even access to the private, expansive, oceanfront deck through the sliding glass doors.

- Master Ensuite Bathroom -
The ensuite bathroom has a lovely antique white vanity with beadboard paneled doors. You’ll also find a beautifully tiled tub/shower combination.
The bathroom amenities we provide include:
• Shampoo and Conditioner
• Body Wash
• Blow Dryer
• Towels

- Second King Bedroom -
In the second bedroom, you’ll find a king bed, 2 night stands, a flat scrren TV and a spacious walk-in closet with plenty of storage. There is also a door leading from the bedroom into the second bathroom, creating an option for a private ensuite by locking the second/hallway door.

- Second Bathroom -
Our second bathroom is accessible from the second bedroom and the hallway. It is very similar to the master bathroom, just a bit smaller.

- Laundry Room, Not Laundry Closet -
One of the things that drew me to our condo was the fact it has a dedicated room for laundry, rather than just a closet. Above the washer and dryer, you’ll find additional shelving for storage. In the laundry room, we provide:
• Laundry Detergent
• Beach Towels

- Ketch Courtyard Pool -
When you stay as our guest, you’ll have access to Ketch Courtyard’s private pool.

- Guest Access –
• The keyless entry allows for convenient self check-in and easy coming and going for all guests.
• Parking is located directly in front of the complex and is free. You are able to park one car in the Ketch Courtyard lot (strictly enforced).

- Interaction with Guests –
Prior to your check-in, I will send pertinent information to you, such as the WiFi password, pool door code, keyless entry code, and a detailed list of items we provide. Should any questions or concerns arise, you can easily contact me through VRBO messaging.
