Enjoy your beach getaway experience with our 3-story townhome that includes custom upgrades, high-end staging with 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms!! Looking for quick, easy beach access? No problem! We are located across the street from the beach with amazing Ocean views from our 2nd AND 3rd floor balconies!! We absolutely love spending time here with our three children and cannot wait for you to do the same :)
*Navigating our Home*
As you enter the front door, youâll notice a large bedroom that includes a queen-sized bed, a sleeper-sofa, small fridge with custom cabinets, and full bathroom. Our living area and kitchen are located on the second floor in an open-concept environment. Whether itâs hanging out with friends/family or eating dinner at the table, what we love about this living space is that you can look out and watch the calm ocean movement for miles on end. So relaxing! If thatâs not enough, we have two ocean-facing balconies with breath-taking views, including our 3rd floor balcony located off the master bedroom with a king-sized bed. Thereâs also an additional bedroom with queen-sized bed, laundry room, and two full bathrooms on the 3rd floor. Want outdoor space to relax? We also have a small, private back patio and a large deck in the front on 1st street, perfect for âpeople watchingâ and enjoying the activities.
Thereâs no need to worry about parking or finding beach access. We have 4 private parking spaces and are located, literally across the street from the beach!! Itâs perfect! So you donât have to plan to spend long hours at one time at the beach. You can easily go back and forth as needed. We have boogie boards, beach towels, and beach toys for the kids as well as board games for the family when spending time inside. Every room has an UHD 4K LED Smart TV with Hulu Live cable and WiFi available throughout the house. Kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, plates, cups, pots/pans, etc. All you need to do is grab some food/drinks and youâll be set! All guests have access to the entire home, except for our garage.
*Checking-in*
We are very social, however we do respect everyoneâs privacy. With that being said, you wonât see us during your stay but we are available by email, text and calls anytime! Upon confirmation of your booking, the night before your stay we will send you the door code so that you can enter as soon as you arrive. We change the code after each reservation.
*Surrounding Area*
The atmosphere is amazing! Aside from being right across the street from the beach, we are located within walking distance to many restaurants and eating establishments, both locally and nationally known. Thereâs even a Starbucks right around the corner! A few blocks down the road is the Ocean Front Park as well.
