Man at front desk was rude, cut off questions mid sentence and read my room number outloud when giving me my room card. The hot water was non-existent and the room/walls not very well sound proof I definitely wouldn’t stay again

We arrived without knowing the building was under construction, which was frustrating right from the start. Check-in was terrible. I was told I had checked out the day before, and once that was finally corrected, we still had to request extra pillows and blankets. The side door sign says to use your key, but the key doesn’t work. A simple sign explaining that would’ve saved a lot of time and frustration. The next morning while getting ready, we saw a German roach on the wall. Seeing a roach in daylight usually means there’s a bigger issue. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. There’s a reason it’s so cheap, spend the extra money and stay somewhere else.

Carpet in room looked dirty. The rooms need a refresher! Everything is outdated. Upon checking in I’m certain we were told breakfast was until 10, however it ended it 9:30. Another gentleman came down looking for breakfast as well and he too mentioned that he was told it ended at 10.

Wyndham should be ashamed that their name is attached to this hotel. This is no regular Microtel. This is a converted Crack hotel to a subpar hotel/motel. The furniture was old and outdated. The refridgerator didnt work. There was a bug in my bathtub, and get this, A baby roach in the non-working refrigerator. I picked this hotel as a last minute stay. Previous Micotel hotels were not bad like this one. I didnt even sleep under the covers. I had an early morning flight so I just showered and left

The hotel itself was very good and the staff there is amazing and helpful. I really like staying here because of the convenience of leaving my car there and taking the shuttle to the airport when I have an early flight. The reason I’m only giving three stars is because of the unreliability of the shuttle service. Jefferson at the front desk was kind enough to take me to the airport in his personal vehicle because the shuttle didn’t show and I was going to miss my flight. There was also a problem with the shuttle on the return. I will only stay here again once I know they’ve gotten the problems with their shuttle service straightened out. Sad because it is a very convenient place to stay when I have a very early morning flight.

This can not be a Wyndham hotel. So old, so run down. Breakfast was the same every day and just reheated the previous days food. Bananas and oranges were so old. No breakfast staff. Front desk had to do both jobs. Poor girl. We had to ask every day for more coffee. I would not recommend this place. I tried to get a refund and go to another hotel. Hotels.com would not respond. Plus no ice for our whole stay. All we got from staff was sorry
