Create your next memory in this luxurious & recently renovated oceanfront condo on the third floor. This beachfront condo is a great place to enjoy a fun vacation with family and friends! The home includes a well-equipped kitchen, a private washer/dryer, a private balcony, and high-speed WiFi. You'll be only steps from the pool, close to the beach, and minutes from beautiful downtown Fernandina!
Turtle Dunes is located inside The Omni Resort at Amelia Island with 24-hour security in a private gated community.
Things to Know
Be sure to check out the newly added Pickleball Court!
There is some repair work being done on the outside of the building. There will be a lift located on the east side of the building. Expected completion is the end of summer 2025.
Trailers and motorcycles are prohibited in this community.
Late August through September there will be cranes and other work equipment around the building and in the parking area as the association completes some repairs on the buildings exterior. There will still be ample parking available
