Located on beautiful Amelia Island, immaculately decorated, ocean front condo offers the best of all worlds. Just a short walk to Fort Clinch State Park where you can hike, bike and fish from a spectacular one-quarter mile long pier. Approximately two miles from Historic Downtown Fernandina Beach, where the cobblestone streets are adorned with Victorian style homes, fine cuisine and quaint retail shops.

Queen size bed in master, two twins in open second bedroom and fold out queen sleeper sofa in den. Great ocean and beach views from your private terrace.

What an awesome rental! It was tastefully decorated and the kitchen was very well stocked. Appreciated the updates on the unit that the owner made
door on guest bedroom and shower in master bath. The ocean view from the balcony was amazing! The location was great. The beach and Salt Life and Sandbar were very close. Easy to bike to downtown. Parking there is no longer free. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. I definitely hope to stay there again as we love Fernandina Beach.

A great rental property! Great location. Book it.SUPER clean, well stocked, and more updated than the pictures when we first chose to rent it. The bath looked like it had just been remodeled. There were beach towels, 2 beach chairs, cleaning products, trashbags, paper towels, sand toys, games, puzzles, and laundry pods. We have rented places where NONE of those things were provided! This was refreshing. There was a keurig AND a pot coffee maker. The building is never crowded and busy even when it is full. Sharing the pool with the hotel next door wasn’t even a crowd issue. The private beach walkway is super nice. The twin beds set off with the divider worked well for our crew. The sofa bed was better than most sofa beds. All of the bedding was high quality and very clean. Being less than 2 miles from downtown is always nice on the island. There is a playground close by if you have kids. Mr. Robinson was always so easy to communicate with and very courteous.

Great beach spot

Great place to stay. Has all the amenities needed for a beach get away. Fernando’s Beach and Fort Clinch are our favorite beach in southeast GA - northeast FL. Had everything needed to cook meals to include charcoal grill outside. One thing to note is that each condo only has 1x parking spot in the parking garage. Won’t be a problem for most folks, but we needed 2x vehicles to get all our luggage and beach toys. Owner was quick to respond in communication and we all had a great time. Lovely spot.

This is fantastic condo to rent and we'll definitely be back. It had everything we needed from a fully stocked kitchen to extra toiletries, beach needs, and comfortable beds. Very clean, well furnished, and the converted area with the twin beds was perfect for our two teenagers.

My wife and I really enjoyed this condo. Property was spotless, and well-equipped with every essential need. Unit is a mere steps from the sand, and equally as close to a wonderful oceanfront bar/restaurant.Our stay couldn't have been better. Highly recommended.

Right on the beach!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. The condo had everything that we needed for a week away. We loved being able to walk right out onto the beach. Downtown was just a few minutes away in the car and there were lots of awesome restaurants to enjoy. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Well equiped unit. Good view, clean and well kept. Excellant choice for a couple or a family of four. Perhaps not for 2 couples as there is a privacy issue with the second bedroom. Hope tp enjoy again sometime in the future.
