Property was old and run down. My rooms ceiling was sagging and about to fall . Everything was outdated from the furniture to the light fixtures and noisy air conditioner. No usb plugs, scuffs on everything. Booming stereo music coming from parking lot until 11:40 pm. How is this a 3 star place. Travelocity let me down as much as this terrible establishment.

We have stayed at Ocean Coast several times and have enjoyed it every time. It’s conveniently located a short walk from the beach and dining options, and it’s reasonably priced and well staffed.

Bathrooms need attention

This is my second stay & the second time the bathroom has had mildew on the grout in the shower. Other than that the room looked really good.

Property has not been kept up, trash cans by the pool smell terrible, long black hair in the bathroom and all over towels. You should not have to pay to park, the hotel does not offer valet so you should not be charged to park.

Check in is at 4…I was there by 1. I asked for a first floor room. I don’t believe everyone was checked in by 1. She told me all 1st floor rooms sold out. I was there 3 hours ahead. I wasn’t asking for an early check in. Just a first floor room. The check in was unreal. Took forever to check people in. Then we had to pay a $10 car park fee per nite. We should know that using the app. Not happy with customer service.

Not the best in town

The room was stuffy and smelled moldy. The bathroom needed an upgrade. Nothing like the pictures advertised. The AC filter needed changing. I spent two nights there and only because the other hotels were booked in the area. Good thing I only slept there at night and spent my time during the day somewhere else. The doors were old and rusty. For $154 per night I expected a little better not insects running around on the floor.
