Ocean views greet you from inside the condo, and the beach itself is reachable straight from either of the community's two pool areas. The Ritz-Carlton Amelia Island sits next door, an easy walk for dinner or a change of scenery.

CHOICE OF TWO POOLS

Being part of a two-pool community means there's almost always a quiet spot to land, and both connect directly to the beach — no long walk with your gear, no picking between pool day and beach day. Both are shared with the wider association and unheated.

LIVING AND DINING, OCEAN-FACING

The living and dining space runs along the ocean-facing side of the unit, with a TV in the living room and one in each bedroom. Because the building has an elevator, hauling suitcases or beach chairs up to the second floor is never a chore.
