An attached two-car garage ensures your vehicle stays cool during your stay. Enjoy outdoor meals on the backyard patio with a grill, and make the most of the fully equipped home, which includes three TVs, cable, high-speed internet, towels, linens, Keurig and drip coffee makers, and all the kitchen essentials—including a slow cooker, roasting pans, and more! Terrific location! Great access to beaches, Egan's Creek trails, dog park, downtown FB, and for walking our pup right out of the door onto Jasmine. Kitchen well supplied with equipment. Big tub in master bath was wonderful. Den area turned into a great sewing room. Altogether a great stay.

Conveniently located to beach , shopping and all the fun things to do. Located in a quiet neighborhood that felt safe. I highly recommend staying here as Patrick is a most excellent host!

Great home for family! The driveway was a little smaller than we are used to, and we are not used to neighbors, but the house was great for us and our pups. We loved the fenced yard and the space in the house was amazing.The amenities were a surprise but appreciated.

Communication with the host was excellent! Check in was no problem The house was as described with a big fenced yard for the dogs in a local residential neighborhood . We ran into an issue with the air conditioning and the owner had the ac repair fellow out there three times on a Saturday to get it resolved. Although we were inconvenienced by this technical issue I found the owner to be empathetic and understanding and would definitely rent here another time in the future

The property owner was very helpful and they had everything you would need for a stay. The property is quite dated and needs updating and the backyard needs some work. The house was clean, so no issues there, but updates to kitchen, backyard, lighting inside and out back is needed for sure.

Anniversary trip

When we arrived the code did not work to get in but Patrick did answer right away and did give us a new code to get in. After driving a long way we found the house had not been cleaned so we called Patrick again and he asked us if we could please get dinner and he would make sure the home was immediately cleaned professionally. He did compensate us right away for the inconvenience. He kept in contact with us with updates. When we returned the house looked great and even smelled clean. We would stay here again.Nn

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay and the location was awesome. The house was spacious and the fenced back yard was perfect for our dog. The two car garage was perfect for our 65 GTO that we brought down for a car show. We could walk to the beach and nature trails. Super close to downtown.

The property was as shown on VRBO. Good location to walk or bike, easy access to nature trails or the ocean. The beds were extremely comfortable. The water pressure in the showers was great. Our dog loved the fence in yard.
