This condo has been fully renovated and beautifully furnished for your comfort. Fully equipped kitchen with full size appliances and everything you need to cook at home if you want. Lots of fine and casual dining nearby and just 30 minutes from historic St. Augustine.

In this condo, you can enjoy a king-size bed, a large TV, WIFI, all linens, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, washer and dryer, covered outdoor patio with endless views, access to a private pool and more!

The sofa bed in the living room accommodates an extra guest if necessary.

Surf Villa is the perfect oceanfront condo to offer a relaxing family/couples stay at an amazing beach!

I felt very much at peace at Surf Villa. The proximity to the beach and views are so relaxing. Sawgrass is one place that's always made me feel comfortable and at home, The unit is updated was very clean and very well equipped. The host was so kind, and very accommodating. The beach was fantastic, we sat on the comfortable patio and had our morning coffee. The villa was inviting and fresh, nicely .decorated and comfortable. Perfect for a couple. A very short walk to the beach and parking lot. Janet was very engaged and responsive. I have used VRBO for 15 years and she is simply the best. We will be back.

Amazing Surf Villa

We really enjoyed our stay! The villa is beautifully decorated, comfy couch and chairs. We loved sitting out on the patio enjoying the sound of the ocean and walking the beach. The unit was well equipped and very clean. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful beach front location

Overall a very enjoyable stay. Easy to book and fast communication. Location is perfect and condo was clean, modern, tasteful and equipped with everything that we needed for our stay. Only cons are the sofa bed is very uncomfortable and needs a mattress topper and you can hear people walking around in condo above which kept us awake 2 nights.
