Staff was nice enough but property was not very clean. The rooms had a smell, the connecting door between rooms didn’t work and was slightly falling off, and of our tv remotes didn’t work so we had to borrow from our family in the second room. Was fine for 1 night

Its ok

This property is a little offsetting because when you first pull up there is no signage to let you know where you're at , the Lobby looks decent but rooms are obviously very old and not well-kept my room smell like smoke and the refrigerator and shower didn't work properly so I switched rooms where the shower worked halfway better but the microwave did not work the rooms are average size but smell and cheap beds . the place will work in a clutch if you're not used to nicer Hotel

Crack under room door where bugs came in, breakfast cost additional and is not the greatest, no noise insulation (can easily hear people walking outside), condition of facilities is subpar

Pleasantly impressed!

Windsor Inn/Jacksonville was a great find. The hotel and the management / staff are wonderful. The current owners recently acquired the property and are making ongoing updates and improvements. I will definitely be staying here again.

Everyone was very considerate and kind. I stayed here for a few days and had no problems at all and the staff was very accommodating. I'm a disabled veteran and I appreciated them accommodating me when I wasn't feeling well by bringing me my paperwork to the room for me to sign. Thank you to all the staff.
