Renovated 3 bedroom 2 Bath condo in Amelia by the Sea Complex. Beautifully decorated second floor property which overlooks the pier. Smart TVs are located in all bedrooms and the living room. There is a king in the master bedroom, a queen in the first guest room and 2 twins in the third bedroom.
The 800 ft fishing pier is available to all of our guest and NO FISHING LICENSE is required when fishing from this private pier. The pool is located on the oceanside along with a community grill area that has tables and lounge chairs available on a first come basis. There is also a tennis court on premises available for your use.
This is a gated complex with open parking for a MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit.
THIS IS A RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITY NOT A RESORT. QUIET HOURS OBSERVED FROM 10 PM - 9 AM.
(No boats or trailers are allowed) 4 day minimum required. During summer months, 7- day Saturday to Saturday stays only. NO SMOKING and NO PETS!

Important Notice:
We're excited to share that our building is currently in its final stages of a major refresh to keep the property safe, beautiful, and welcoming for years to come.

The remaining work will focus mainly on painting the exterior of the building and balconies, as well as finishing touches to common areas like stairwells. While you may occasionally notice workers on-site and some daytime noise, it is generally much lighter than earlier construction phases.

Work is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
No work will take place on weekends
To thank you for your understanding during this improvement period, a discount off the nightly rate will be automatically applied to your stay. Please note that no additional discounts will be available, and no refunds are offered for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

Beware bedbugs! The condo itself had a wonderful view of the ocean and check-in was easy with clear instructions.Cleanliness was poor however. One bed had sheets covered in hair which was disgusting. Much of the silverware had food caked on it.Worst of all was bedbugs in the master bedroom. After four nights, my lower legs are completely covered in bedbug bites. We're in the process of thoroughly cleaning everything we took on our trip.

No contact with host?? Property management was rarely available (office was closed or door was locked even if sign indicated it was open. No personnel at gate when we arrived on the 29th (we were given permission to check in at 3:00 but had to wait). Called ERA office at one point and never had call back. Condo was alright but had issues: unable to get live TV, although written materials said there was Hulu, but when we tried, Hulu was only available if you had an account?? Queen bedroom was freezing, with draft coming through windows; had to stuff pillows between windows and shutters. One of the twin beds was slanted at the foot of bed. Ice machine was leaking water on the floor; small area rugs (in kitchen and bathrooms) didn’t have mats underneath to keep them from slipping and my sister almost fell. Dates we were there: Dec. 29-Jan. 1.

This was our first time not staying on the ground level with walk out access but the unit is right by the stairs and being on the second floor we still didn’t require the elevator which was super nice. This was also the nicest unit we have stayed in and we have been renting here for 7 years. The three bedrooms were perfect with our kids needing a little more space now at their ages. Highly recommend!

This was the best unit that I’ve ever stayed in at ABS. We having been coming here for 40 years and the cleanliness, facility amenities, and communication was outstanding! We will definitely ask for unit 101 in the future. Seahorse Amelia Vacations is the best to work with!!!

Family Summer Getaway

Condo was exactly as described and has been beautifully renovated, decorated, and is stocked with essentials. Property was a little dated (knew that going in) but is very well kept. Beach access was steps away, pool was great and very clean. Location is perfect and less than a 10 min drive to most restaurants and activities. Ladies in the office were also very friendly. We definitely enjoyed our short stay!

Renovated and great location!

Overall it was a great stay and the property was exactly what we saw on the photos. No surprises which was great. Having a fully stocked kitchen was handy and we cooked several nights during our stay. The pier and private pool on the property were convenient and much appreciated. Communicating through the VRBO host channel was challenging and we didn’t receive a payment link on time which I think is more on the property manager rather than the host. I was not happy with how long it took to pay the balance of the rental which would make this a 5 star experience. I would book this property again knowing now how to get in touch with the property manager rather than the host/owner.

We enjoyed our weekend stay. The property was clean and well appointed. Great interaction with management. Communication was very good. Easy process checking in and out. Great access to pool and beach.
