New hotel in old area

Very new hotel so everything looks and feels that way. Great breakfast in the morning, included in stay. Very big rooms great for families that need space. No complaints at all. Area around hotel is going through obvious transformation

The staff was an amazing. The rooms were super clean. I just wish in any place that you stay it wasn’t freezing cold when the air is on but then hot as hades when the air shuts off. lol Breakfast wasn’t the best, but typical for what you normally get.

Check in time was 3, however due to low staffing we could not check in until 6pm, we arrived around 5 and had to wait in the parking lot with a toddler for an hour for our room to be ready. Other than that the staff were polite, the King suite was clean, and they had a really good breakfast bar which was nice. I would stay here again but I would definitely call in advance to make sure the room was ready even after check-in time.

For our anniversary, I surprised my husband with tickets to the Gary Owen comedy show and a stay here. It was a surprise hit! The room was amazing, with a full kitchen and cozy atmosphere that made us feel like we were in our own home. We loved it so much that we didn't want to leave.
