The property is very clean. The staff is very friendly. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. We ordered from the on site restaurant and that was also very delicious. The problem was the bed and couch were very hard and uncomfortable. We had to go but body pillows and head pillows to add softness and comfort. The dishwasher did not work properly and leaked so I had to put towels in the floor. The stove had something fall off the bottom and it looked as if it could have been the heat shield so I was afraid to us it. The microwave worked great and the fridge was huge. Hated the tiny coffee pot that only brews one cup of not very good coffee at the time. Now the breakfast bar coffee was delicious and had lots of add in options. The room was beautiful and the bathroom amenities were very high quality. So there was good and bad. We were there 5 nights and unfortunately the cons will not allow me to pay that amount to stay again.

I loved the space and the kitchenette in the room I stayed in. The room was clean and quiet and I will definitely be staying here again for my future trips to the area.

The person at the front desk was excellant when we checked in. I was going to Mayo Clinic for surgery so we were very stressed. Left home at 4am to get to preop appts. We were exhausted. She was so kind and pleasant. The room could not have been more perfect. I wish we had had more time to enjoy your facility. We have more appts. so we will be back,!
