Watch the Sun Rise Over the Atlantic! – You will love this Summer Beach Resort. Located on the south end of Amelia Island in the gated Summer Beach Sailmaker community. Full kitchen with updated appliances and countertops. Two-story, two-bedroom townhome that includes one King bedroom, a second bedroom with two twins, and a sleeper sofa for additional guests. Beautiful live oaks provide a canopy of shade as you drive toward the community. There are walking and biking trails all along the way. Once you arrive, take a peaceful walk on the beach, read a good book, or enjoy the warm waters of the Atlantic. Don't feel like the beach? Sit and relax by the pool. When you return home after a day of fun in the sun enjoy the amazing views from our private balcony.

Adventure seekers can go kayaking, sky diving, or horseback riding. Just a short drive to historic Fernandina and you can wander down Centre Street to explore a variety of wonderful shops and highly-rated restaurants. If you are a history buff, Ft. Clinch, on the north end of the island, is a must-see. It sits in a beautiful state park with amazing views, fishing, biking, and shelling. Amelia Island has something for everyone and it is just 45 minutes from Jacksonville International Airport. Book your trip today!

NOTES:
There are two parking spots available. One in the front of the building and one in the other row. Oversized vehicles will not fit.

Entry is on the second floor.

Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement with Coastal Wave Properties. Guest Instructions will be sent 7 days prior to arrival provided the agreement is signed and all payments are made. If you need information prior to this we are happy to provide it. We use a booking system called OwnerRez and you will see communication coming through this system.

Damage Protection is included with this rental. Guests are responsible for charges exceeding the policy.

We use email communication for signing our lease and guest instructions. Please be sure to provide an email address that you will have access to and that you can check regularly. We also use text messaging to send you the door code and for other communication if needed. Please provide a mobile phone number that you will have with you during your stay.

We recommend that our guests, for their protection, purchase trip insurance.

The pictures on site seemed like the decor updated but not updated. Old decor ,odor of smokers in the past. We got used to everything quickly but unit needs updating and more supplies. Carpets stained, bedding old, toilets stick, window treatments dated. The location helps to ignore any issues . We have stayed at sailmaker 3 times prior and love the area. Unit clean.

Great location and beautiful view of the beach! Very clean and everything was there that we needed. Really dog-friendly area, which was great for us. The only draw-back was that we were expecting to be able to enter from the ground floor, but our unit didn't have a ground floor. This was really a challenge for our small beagle who was unable to get up the stairs and had to be carried each time. My husband has knee issues, so it was a challenge for him as well. Though I should have asked, it would be nice if those type details were included in the description of each unit. Overall, though, we had a really good experience. Thank you!
