Living space
Floor-to-ceiling windows pull the Florida light deep into the living room, where comfortable seating invites you to settle in and stay a while. The interiors carry a classic Florida character - maintained with care and full of warmth. A ceiling fan keeps the air moving, and a dedicated workspace means you can steal a productive hour or two without leaving the comfort of home.
 
Sleeping arrangements
The primary bedroom offers a King bed, dresser, and TV - a calm, restful space to end a long day out. The guest bedroom is set up with two Double beds, giving kids or travel companions room to stretch out. A Queen futon in the loft upstairs provides a flexible extra sleeping spot or a quiet reading nook, bringing the total sleeping capacity to four guests.
 
Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook a proper meal - refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, and all the dishes and silverware to go with them. The dining table just off the kitchen is where breakfasts happen before a beach morning and dinners wind down after a full day out.
 
Outdoor living
Step out onto the screened porch and you're looking straight out over the marsh - a backdrop that makes morning coffee and evening birdwatching feel like something worth writing home about. A BBQ grill with barbecue utensils and outdoor seating complete the space, so al fresco meals are always an option.
 
Bathroom
Both bathrooms are well-equipped, each with hot water and a hair dryer. A bathtub is available when you're ready to slow things down and soak at the end of the day.
 
Location & community
The Sawgrass Country Club community includes a community pool available year-round and beach access - an ideal pairing for a coastal Florida stay. Two vehicles can park on-site at no charge. The property is dog-friendly with pre-approval and additional fees.

Amenities including the community pool and beach access point are private to Sawgrass Country Club residents and guests. Please note there is no parking at the beach access point.

-Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
