Great condo!

The location of this condo is excellent. Easy walking distance to plantation shops and restaurants. Love all the trails to walk and bike. Super comfortable beds and cleanliness was top notch. Plan to return to this great three en suite bedroom.

Lovely townhouse. Immaculate care taken with all the amenities. Many options for fun both on and off the property. We shared trip with adult sons & wives and we were all very very happy with our choice. Can’t wait for our next visit- will definitely stay here again.

Perfect for a Family Beach Trip

Great condo for a family beach trip! Location can’t be beat - corner unit in Beachwood so super close to the beach, the Omni and all the restaurants in the village. Great backyard too with tons of green space for kids to play. Kitchen was fully stocked with all you’ll need. 3 nice size bedrooms and full baths upstairs with a nice half bath downstairs. Beds were comfortable. Propery management company was amazing and very responsive. We will definitely look to stay there again next summer! Thank you for a great week!

Beautiful location

This is a lovely property in a beautiful location. The resort has so many amenities, you would never need to leave. Beds were excellent and the house comfortable for the 7 of us, all adults. As it was a holiday, we did a fair amount of cooking, and discovered there were literally no knives in the house except for some steak knives, so bring your own. Also, the kitchen is not laid out well for group cooking, so if this is your plan, just be forewarned. That being said, the kitchen was incredibly well stocked with everything else, so knives were a curious absence. Also the supplied paper products/soaps/trash bags were enough for the week. We did buy more paper towels. That was it. I would also bring a few kitchen towels as we were only supplied with a single towel. We did not use the golf facilities so I cannot speak to those. The beach is lovely and easy to access. From the house about an 8 min walk, but there is parking right at the access point to unload your stuff if you have a lot. 2 pools literally a minute walk from the house. We did not use as it was December and they were not heated, But they have a lovely amount of shade. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Family Friendly House

We enjoyed our stay. The kitchen is well appointed and has everything you need to prepare and cook meals. Living room is very comfortable, with plenty of seating for an entire family. All of the mattresses are comfortable giving us a good night sleep. The backyard opens up to the golf course and is a very nice view. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. No issues. We will be back!

Spring Break

Property is very clean and well appointed albeit somewhat smaller than we expected. Location and layout is great and perfect for the last part of our kids spring break. Only thing to be aware of is that although located on the Omni Resort property, use of their facilities is limited. Wonderful walking and biking trails and short walk to the beach.

Townhouse in the Omni resort

The property is at a good location and the grounds of the Omni are gorgeous with good shaded walking/riding trails that we really enjoyed. Pools are never crowed. My only complaint about the actual townhouse is that the furniture was a little worn out not as fresh looking as the photos and the master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced too many “sink holes”. There is also something wrong with the A/C it keeps the home damp and with a slight musty smell but it does keep it comfortable. Overall it was fine and we had plenty of room for our family of seven. There’s a beautiful view of the golf course from the patio with a lot nice shaded.

Recent Stay

A very nice updated and clean condo. The boys loved the ability to either take a very short walk to the beach, fish on the golf course lakes in the backyard or ride to the marsh side of the property and fish on the creek. The girls enjoyed the beach and pool and driving the rental golf car around the shops in the village. As parents we felt our teens were safe and we could relax knowing they were nearby.
