Great location with several restaurants and shops. Within a 5 minute walk you can find Whole Foods, Bonefish Grill, Chipotle, Marshall's, Panera, Bold Bean Coffee, several boutiques, a juice bar, and two nail spas. We had a great time at Jax Beach. The place was perfect for our needs. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was well stocked, the living room was perfect for all of us to kick back after being at the beach all day!

Loved to property & location. We live in another Beach location in Gulf Shires, AL but wanted to go boating and take our small dog to a dog friendly beach. This place was perfect for what we wanted. The property was well stocked and exceeded our expectations.

This stay was fantastic! Everything was clean and nice at check in, they respond quickly, and the property is just perfect for what we needed. Very spacious and an easy walk to the beach! Was impressed with the appliances quality as well. Check out was the smoothest I’ve ever experienced, which alleviated any stress when leaving. Highly recommend this stay!

We had a great time at Sunny Side Beach House! Hosts Mark and Erica were fantastic. Many unexpected amenities like beach umbrellas, beach wagon, lovely back patio, smart tv’s, computer station, etc. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was great! Perfect little place to stay close to the beach (just a few minute walk). It is also very close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. The house was clean, fully stoced kitchen (plates, cups, pots/pans, utensils), had a coffee bar with coffee, bikes, wagon, beach chairs, toys. The neighborhood was safe. We would 100% stay here again when we come back.

Cute & Cozy

Absolutely loved our stay. The house is cozy and 2 blocks from the beach and a short drive from all the resturants and things to do. My family has been coming to Jacksonville and leaving right before the 4th of July rush for a few years now and this place did not disappoint. The host and hostess were fabulous, very kind. My kids loved the patio area, perfect for when the adults would like to relax but the kids still want to be outside.
