Perfect place for a relaxing beach vacation. The condo had everything you could need, comfy beds and a huge balcony. The beach wasn't very crowded and a short walk from the condo. It was very clean and quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved this unit. The view was amazing and it was fully equipped for our needs. We loved the view of the ocean, the beach, the sunrises, etc. We loved walking the beach and the available things to do, places to shop, and the restaurants in Fernandina Beach. The condo beachfront top floor location was great. The balcony, with its comfortable seating , and ocean view is terrific. The two of us enjoyed our time there. This condo could be outstanding with some updates. The living room sofa is extremely uncomfortable. There are many scatter rugs, over carpeting, which we felt are a tripping hazard. We had a few toilet issues which maintenance addressed quickly. He said hall toilet probably needs permanent fix. The master shower has very low water pressure.

Beach trip 2025

This was our first time in this unit and we were very happy with it! It had whatever we could need in the kitchen and loved the large shower in the main bathroom. We wish there was still hightop furniture on the balcony so we can see over the railing ti enjoy the view but it didn't deter us from it either way! Can't wait to come back next year!

Great stay cut short

We had so much fun!. Great place. Beautiful view and easy beach access. The condo was comfy and the guys liked all of the TV choices. Just wish we could have stayed the full week - evacuated because of Hurricane Ian.

Had a wonderful time. Condo was clean and very quiet. A great place to relax and enjoy the oceanfront view. Management company is top notch, very considerate of them to check on us after a power outage. Highly recommended.
