Beach Retreat
This home was the perfect spot for our beach retreat with our youth! Prime location, only a few blocks from the beach, great restaurants, and the grocery store!

Christmas 2023
Our youngest son & family live in Jacksonville Beach so we rented this house to gather for Christmas vacation. My 97 yr old MIL was with my husband & I. Our older son & his wife from WI joined us for a few days. The house is beautifully furnished and also had many small amenities that were very appreciated such as hand soup at each sink, toilet paper, dish washing soap, coffee & filters, etc that we usually have to buy ourselves each time. We had a wonderful time & made more happy family memories.

Great family getaway!
What a beautiful and fun home! Aldo was so responsive and made us feel welcomed. The home was perfect for our family getaway. Everyone had their own space while still plenty of room to gather together. It was nicely decorated and very inviting. Close to the beach & pier with plenty to explore. We will definitely be back!

Short and sweet
We appreciated the option to stay only two nights. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating when AC stopped working. It was remedied within a couple of hours. Home is clean and accurately represents the listing. Thank you!

A Gem by the ocean
Pictures don’t really do the property justice. Clean, nice sized bedrooms, TV in main entertainment area and all the bedrooms. Close drive to the beach, neighborhood is very quiet, close to restaurants, stores etc. Only issue—one of the TV remotes was misplaced /lost we never found or received another. It was fine—we were in and out a lot. There is a noise ordinance so if your group is large, wanting to play loud music this not the place for you! I would definitely stay again!

Hidden Gem!!
Our group of two families (two sets of parents and two kids each) had a wonderful time! The house itself is beautiful, had everything we needed, and photos do not do it justice. The neighborhood felt safe, and the house and backyard were just lovely. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep and hangout. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and the laundry room. The master bath was lovely. The walk to the beach is a straight shot down about a half mile to the pier beach area, which was actually my favorite beach of the area. The beach has lifeguards, plenty of space, volleyball nets, and it was clean. There is also public parking at the beach, which is free Monday-Thursdays. Just a short drive to downtown Jacksonville, which was also fun to explore, and a short drive to a nearby marina allowed us to rent a boat and explore the area from the St John’s River. Plenty to see and do, and this is the perfect home base for it! The only thing I would change would be softer beds and thicker pillows—I did get a sore neck. Otherwise, awesome, and would love to stay again!

This property was amazing! It has all top notch kitchen accessories! The back yard was beautiful and peaceful! I absolutely loved this home! The owners communication was great! I would definitely stay there again if I have to go back to Jacksonville!!

Beautiful property that’s worth the rental
This rental was a short distance away from the beach and was near so many great eats. Very beautiful property and exceeded everyone’s expectations. Aldo was the friendliest host and I can’t wait to find a reason to book again!
