* Airport: When searching for and booking your flight, make sure you fly into the Juan SantaMaria aiport ( SJO) and not Liberia. SJO is only an hour and a half from the Jaco area. Liberia is 4 hours away! DO NOT fly into Liberia

* Transportation: You can arrange your airport transfers through JacoVIP and are always better off doing so. Featuring new model. air conditioned vans and buses with the capacity from 4-50 passengers, with professional, licensed and insured drivers.

* Check In: We make check in smooth, quick and helpful for you. You'll check in at the Jaco VIP office located in the centre of town . Their friendly and professional office staff and the JACOVIP concierges will be waiting for you to arrive and greet you.

* Area Orientation: A VIP Concierge will escort you to the house, give you group an extremely helpful orientation about the area, the best things to see and do, where to go and not to go, and answer your many questions. The concierges are all Costa Rican, lived here their whole lives and are true local experts and guides.

* Full time maintenance staff on call just in case. Things break, stop working, dont work right etc.. it happens occasionally and when it does, we have maintenance staff on the ready to fix, repair or replace any hiccups that might occur during your stay.

*Activities: The Jaco VIP concierges will help you plan the best activities and tours for your group. They work with some of the best tour operators. All tour operators we use have been thoroughly vetted , time tested and chosen because they offer the highest quality and most professional experiences to our guests.
