We hope that it was pleasant and we are very sorry to learn that our accommodations were not up to your expectations. Please accept our most sincere apologies for it. Even though the hotel has been offering its services to the public for a long time, we assure you that it has always had excellent maintenance and upkeeping since our quality standards are very high and strict and ar ealways very carefully observed and followed. We assure you that recently the hotel has had major renovations and that most of the premises and rooms have been remodelled. We really do hope that it was very pleasant and that you were able to rest and enjoy the beach as much as you could because nothing is more important than our guests' total comfort, satisfaction and well being. We are very sorry to learn that there was so much noise coming from the A/C in your room. Please accept our most sincere apologies for the inconvenience that this caused you. We assure you that if you had let our front desk staff know about it, they would have immediately sned a technician to your room to fix it (or if that was the case, to change the entire unit). Please accept our moist sincere apologies for the way our front desk and the gate's security staff greeted and treated you when you arrived. Nothing is more important than our guests' complete comfort and satisfaction so we are very embarrassed with how you were treated since we want to see all our guests feeling more than welcome and right at home.
