You’ll also have access to the condominium’s shared pool and calm common areas, surrounded by gardens and a peaceful, family-friendly community.

Guest Access:

As our guest, you’ll have full and private access to the entire home, including the plunge pool, terrace, and all indoor and outdoor living spaces—except for two cabinets in the laundry area, which are reserved for staff supplies.



You’re also welcome to enjoy the shared community pool and BBQ area. If you’d like to use the shared BBQ area for a private gathering, just let us know in advance so we can coordinate your request with the condominium’s guidelines.

The Neighborhood:

Casa Usure sits within Condominio Playa Hermosa on Calle Hermosa, part of a quiet, family-friendly community in Playa Hermosa, Garabito, Puntarenas. You’ll be surrounded by lush Pacific rainforest and enjoy a peaceful environment with 24/7 gated security. The area is a blend of local families and international residents, creating a warm and harmonious atmosphere.



Though not beachfront, you're just less than a 5‑minute drive from Playa Hermosa—an 8 km stretch famed for its surf, scenic views, and eco-conscious initiatives (including the nearby wildlife refuge protecting marine turtles) .



Playa Jacó, with its dining, shopping, and nightlife, is only 15 minutes away by car. Condominio Playa Hermosa is easily accessed via the main coastal highway, with parking on-site and a great base for exploring the Central Pacific region.



Getting Around:

For the most convenience, we recommend having your own car, as the house is not within walking distance to Playa Hermosa or Playa Jacó. That said, getting around is still easy—you can request a red taxi or use Uber, which works well locally if you have a smartphone.



If you’re up for a walk, Playa Hermosa and its nearby restaurants are about 2 km (1.24 miles) away, which takes approximately 25 minutes on foot.

Housekeeping: Daily cleaning service is not included, but can be arranged in advance for an additional fee.



Parking: The property offers private parking space for up to 4 vehicles, ideal for families or groups traveling with multiple cars.



Respectful Environment: This is a family-oriented home and not suitable for party groups. We do not allow loud celebrations, bachelor parties, or disruptive behavior. Quiet hours are strictly from 10 PM to 7 AM—no exceptions.
