The Space:

This bright, airy 1,103 sq ft condo is designed with comfort and style in mind, offering plenty of space for friends or family to relax and unwind. With room for up to 8 guests, you’ll enjoy thoughtfully appointed bedrooms, a cozy living area, and all the conveniences you need for a memorable stay by the beach.



Where you'll sleep peacefully:

• Master Bedroom: King bed with ensuite bathroom (toilet & shower) and hairdryer

• Second Bedroom: Queen bed

• Third Bedroom: Bunk bed with 2 full beds

• Living Room: Sofa bed for extra guests



Living & Kitchen Areas:

The open-plan living area is perfect for relaxing or entertaining, featuring a Smart TV with high-speed internet. The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove featuring dual-zone burners, and a laundry area is conveniently located in the kitchen (washing & drying takes approx. 6 hours).

Guest Registration & HOA Rules:

For security purposes, all guests must be registered prior to arrival. Unregistered visitors will not be permitted on the property. The HOA restricts access to on-site amenities to a maximum of 7 guests at a time. If your group exceeds this number, additional guests will need to wait their turn.



Parking:

Each apartment is allocated one parking space in the unnumbered spots on the left side of the building. Additional parking is available on the street in front of the nearby liquor store and coffee shop, on a first-come, first-served basis

The Neighborhood:

You’ll be only a short 5-minute drive from the famous surf beaches of Hermosa and Esterillos, and just moments from the sands of Jacó Beach. The condo is also conveniently situated near Crocs Hotel & Casino—about 0.6 miles away—placing you close to local attractions, nightlife, and beachfront hangouts. From surf spots to entertainment venues, everything is easily accessible from this location.



Getting Around:

The property is approximately 80 km from Juan Santamaría International Airport. The most practical way to travel from the airport to Jacó—or any nearby destination—is by taxi, as it offers the most direct and stress-free option.



Once you’ve arrived in Jacó, getting around is straightforward. The town is compact and easy to explore on foot, but taxis are widely used for quick trips. You’ll come across both official and unofficial drivers, but for safety, it's best to use licensed taxis. These are easy to spot—they’re red and display a yellow triangle decal on the door.



The property is in a prime spot, so you’ll be able to walk to just about everything: grocery stores, restaurants, cafés, shops, banks, nightlife, and of course, the stunning beachfront. Everything you need is close by, making transportation optional rather than essential.



Other Things to Note:

For a smooth and secure check-in experience, all guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed. Thank you for helping us ensure a seamless stay!



• For security reasons, it is required that all guests are registered prior to arrival. Please note that non-registered guests will not have access to the premises.

• For same-day bookings confirmed after 10pm, there may be a short delay in receiving check-in details. Thank you for your patience!

• Separate check-in instructions will be sent to you. Please check your email/messages to ensure smooth check-in and stay.

• Please be advised that this unit does not include the following items: Laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets. Only dishwashing liquid, sponge, and one roll of paper towels per stay are provided.

• Please note that washing and drying will take 6 hours.

•The unit comes with cooking utensils; however, condiments are not provided.

• Our condominium is equipped with a fire detection system for your safety. This system is sensitive to smoke from cooking, cigarettes, candles, and fumigation, which can trigger the alarms. To prevent false alarms, please exercise caution while cooking and be mindful of activities that may produce smoke. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe environment for all.

• Please ensure you have all personal belongings before checkout. While we will make reasonable efforts to locate any reported items, we do not offer storage or shipping services for lost belongings. Any items left behind may be discarded or donated.
