2• 🧹 Excessive Cleaning Fee: If the property is left in an extremely dirty condition after check-out (e.g., dirty pots and pans in the kitchen, excessive trash, stains on floors or walls), an additional $100 USD cleaning fee will be charged.

3• 🚷 No unregistered guests allowed.
If an additional guest is not listed in the reservation, the extra guest fee listed on the platform at that time will apply.

If pet waste is not properly disposed of, a $30 USD additional cleaning fee will be charged.

14• 🐾 Pet Limit:
A maximum of one pet weighing up to 50 lbs (24 kg) is allowed. If more than one pet is brought, an additional fee per extra pet will be applied.

• A maximum of 2 pets per reservation (dogs or cats).
• Owners are responsible for any damage to the property, furniture, or infrastructure caused by their pets.
• Pets must not be left unattended in the property.
• Pets are not allowed in restricted areas such as bedrooms, upholstered furniture, or designated no-pet zones. There will be an additional charge of $25 USD if pets are found to have been on the beds or sofas.
• Excessive noise caused by pets must be avoided to prevent disturbances to neighbors.
• Pets must be registered at the time of booking.
• If an unreported pet is found or a pet does not comply with the rules, the host may require its removal from the property.
