This brand new apartment is a 2 bedroom with 2 full bathroom unit. It sleeps 4 in comfortable queen beds and 1 in a sofa bed located in the living area. The unit is located 4 blocks off of the beach in Central Jaco. You will be walking distance everywhere and just a 5 minute walk to grocery stores, night life, and restaurants. The house is located in LAPA LIVING which is a bran new gated community with 24 hour security and two brand new pools

The unit is tastefully inspired on a modern surf-beach concept. The unit has WI-FI, Cable, A/C and fans in the two rooms and living area. Stone countertop island and kitchen area with an open design concept. It's completely equipped with kitchen appliances, oven, drop in cooktop, linens, towels and swimming pool towels as well. Also there is a small desk area ready for those in need to have a WFH session. The apartment is steps away from the pool, and if you feel like having a private gathering you reserve an area with a private pool.

Clean and efficient property

The property was very clean and safe. They did a good job decorating. It is very close to everything about being removed from the hustle and bustle. I highly recommend staying here.

Lapa Stay Jaco

I had a nice stay at the property, the unit I was in was right in front of the pool. It was a beautiful view, the check in/check out process was smooth and easy. The location is very close to most things, restaurants, bars, and excursion pickup. The property has a security personnel watching 24/7 which helps alleviate some security concerns. I'll add some cation with regards to walking, I was almost robbed a couple blocks away from the property. It may be better to catch a short taxi or Uber when possible. I had a nice stay overall and I would stay again if I visit and there is room available.

Nice location

This is a new 2 bedroom condo in Jaco. There is a lap pool and a kid's pool in front of the facility and you can quickly walk to restaurants and stores in 5 minutes or less. The unit we rented didn't have a microwave or a dish washer
