The 10 story Palms boutique Condo complex is located on the quiet north end of Jaco beach. You can walk the 15 minutes to the center of town where you will find numerous shops, great restaurants, nightlife, supermarkets, and banks. You can also grab a cab/uber into town for about $3-5. No additional booking fees or resort fees!
You can rent a car but it is not needed.
Parking.....there is a small lot directly in front of the Palms with 7 spaces. Spaces are on a first come first served basis, with priority given to handicap. We have an additional lot a few meters down the road with plenty of overflow parking that is shared with Crocs employees.
This is our second home and we spend a lot of time here. The unit is updated and well maintained with all the conveniences you would need. The master bedroom has an ensuite and the other full bath is shared between the 2 guest bedrooms. There is an additional 1/2 bath. The large terrace has dining for 6 with additional chaise loungers and a grill, it is like another outdoor room. The kitchen is well equipped if you'd like to cook meals in or have a chef cook in-house for you.

Perfect for the family

We loved the place. Classic chic and confortable, perfectly situated and the access to the Crocs is really appreciated. Little problem with the water (we didn’t have water for the whole evening last night so it was a bit of a challenge to shower and make dishes) but we managed. Lots of things to do around. We recommand!

Spectacular

Great balcony and outstanding view. 3 king beds is a life saver with tall family members. Everything was well appointed. Loved being able to use Crocs pool and bar. Communication was fantastic. Definitely recommend.

Could not be more pleased with the property or the service. Had 3 20yr old boys who just raved about how cool this place was, especially the back porch and the view. Very clean and very spacious and the heated toilet seat in the master was a banger. We will be back and we will stay here again if available.

The Perfect Condo!

I can't say enough great things about this condo, Shelley, and Raquel. It was our first time to Costa Rica and we truly had the best week. Raquel helped select and book all of our tours and arranged our transportation for the entire week. The condo was very spacious, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. The patio was the perfect place to spend the mornings and end the evenings. The Crocs pool and restaurants were great. I would highly recommend this condo and you can't get better than Shelley and Raquel.

EXCELLENT!!

I try very hard to give accurate reviews for the properties we stay in, and I almost never give a 5 star rating. I think it is very important to give accurate reviews so that people know what to expect, and can make good decisions about where to stay. I have had owners contact me, and even threaten me when I have left less than stellar (but accurate) reviews. But in this case, this property exceeded my expectations in almost every way. I am thrilled to be able to give this property 5 stars, and I truly believe it deserves this high rating! First, nowhere in the description that I saw did it mention that the condo has bidet toilet seats. We have these at home and will never be without them in any future home. So we were THRILLED to find that all 3 toilets had bidet seats! Good ones, too. So again, this was an enormous plus. This is a roomy condo with one of the largest and nicest balconies we have ever encountered. From the balcony we were able to see macaws fly by on a daily basis, and once we were able to see them from above. What an incredible sight!!! And, we were also able to see Crux in the night sky, AKA The Southern Cross every night very clearly right from the balcony. Tremendous views that we enjoyed very much. The beds are all excellent. This is one of the areas where many condo's fail. I'll admit that I'm a bit of a snob, and I enjoy the finer things in life. The quality of mattresses in this unit was top notch, and I slept comfortably every night

Great Balcony

Overall the condo is beautiful and has amazing views. Things to be aware of though is you are located next to a public entrance to get to the beach if you use the palms beach entrance. The beautiful green grass in front, public people using the beach would hang out there and even bring little pits to cook. That being said if you want to swim in the palms pool you are swimming right in front of these people because there is only a short glass wall separating it. So we never swam in that pool even though it was the only place you could take your personal drinks since non of that was allowed at the crocs pool. Evening walks to the beach we used the crocs entrance because of the public crowd that would hang out. I would say that’s the only draw back about the place since we didn’t feel comfortable using the places pool or beach access and had to use the crocs everytime.

Great Stay!!

We wanted a place where we could feel like we were at a resort, but not be stuck in a small hotel room. This was the perfect place!! Clean, beautiful view, and convenient to Crocs. Wonderful End To An Amazing Trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our last few days of vacation in Jaco. Everything about the condo was perfect. Even with limited parking, the gate staff always helped us find a spot. We enjoyed using the pool access to Croc's next door. The balcony has stunning views, and a flock of McCaws flew right in front of us. Truly a wonderful place to stay in Jaco.

Condo is on the 9th floor which provides awesome ocean views. The condo was in excellent condition and had everything you would need. Crocs pool was nice. Very close walk or cab to all the pubs and restaurants. Great stay!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The beach, pools, and town were all a lot of fun. My kids all got to do a bunch of things they hadn’t done before. Being on the ninth floor of the building was also very fun, and it stays a little cooler up there.

This property is fantastic!. It's beautiful inside and out. It’s close to everything you need and and want to do. It was no big deal to get taxis, shuttles, or walk to nearby restaurants or activities. Shelley is a wonderful homeowner and communicator. I had LOTS of questions and she was very patient and always available. The property manager, Raquel, was also over the top helpful. I don’t have a negative thing to say about our experience.

Fantastic views in Jaco

Loved it! Great condo with fabulous sunset views and complete access to the Croc Casino and pools next door. Small neighborhood nearby is a bit questionable, but we were comfortable enough to walk from downtown at night. 24 hour on-site security was nice. Owner and concierge were both highly responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend!

The condo is in a great location, with a beautiful view, sounds of the ocean and a wonderful pool onsite and next door at Crocs. I would highly recommend this unit and if given the opportunity to travel to Costa Rica again, I would stay here!
