Finally, the pictures matched the experience!

Property was amazing. Paul was a great host. Helped us find boards and was super accommodating. Perfect location for walkable local restaurants and beach access. 24x7 manned security gate gave our girls some comfort too. The pool was a great transition from being on the beach and the hot tub was hot. The setup for hanging out at night and doing some cooking was perfect. Kids loved the panoramic balcony views. Definitely recommend this property.

As Nice As Advertised

This was my favorite place we stayed in Costa Rica (and cheapest), and is probably the nicest place in Jaco. You check in at the gate, there is on site parking, the condo is huge with no neighbor noise, and the balcony is also large. There are plenty of restaurants options nearby, as well as multiple grocery stores. There is a large pool that the kids loved, and we enjoyed all the loungers on the baha shelf around the pool. Overall, we will stay here again.

Right in the center of Jaco town. Walking distance to restaurants and a regular surf spot right in front of the property. I worked during my stay and internet was stable and I had no issues.

Amazing stay inn Jaco

My wife and I stayed in this 12th floor condo on our last night in Costa Rica. It was our favorite location on the trip. The unit matched the photos in the listing. Pros: fantastic views, luxurious, easy check-in, very friendly staff, great swimming pool, beautiful sunset, close to restaurants and nightlife. Cons: none. We'll be back! Fun fact: this is the tallest residential building in CR!
