Spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath ocean-front condo with large outdoor wrap around terrace, which can accommodate up to six (6) persons. Top floor Unit accessible by elevator with incredible direct views of the pacific ocean from both the living area and master bedroom. Ten foot ceilings, stainless steel appliances, central air with ceiling fans in every room. A fully equipped kitchen, full size laundry room with washer & dryer. Enjoy access to ocean side beach club, private swimming pools, marina and 18 whole golf course. Internet and cable T.V. is available in unit. Property is accessible through gated security and is adjacent to Los Suenos Marriott Resort. It’s an easy 90 minute drive (45 miles) from San Jose International Airport.

Bay residence 8A Parfait

Ma famille et moi avons adorĂ© notre sĂ©jour dans le condo de Mark. Tous le processus de rĂ©servation et de communication a Ă©tĂ© facile. Le condo est parfait. Il est chaleureux et confortable. J’ai rĂ©servĂ© ce condo car sur les photos je trouvais que le balcon semblait confortable avec la vue et les fauteuils extĂ©rieur. C’est effectivement le cas, nous avons adorĂ© le temps passĂ© sur ce magnifique balcon vue sur la mer. Je conseille fortement de rĂ©server un kart de golf c’est plus facile et trĂšs agrĂ©able. Et que dire de la pĂȘche !! Mon conjoint a pĂ©chĂ© des espĂšces qu’il souhaitait depuis longtemps. Nous reviendrons c’est une certitudeLos Suenos est un resort trĂšs chic, trĂšs bien entretenu. Il y a des jardiniers partout qui entretiennent les jardins, C’est luxuriant et magnifique .La piscine est trĂšs belle Ă©galement, trĂšs bien entretenu. 5 restaurants sur le resort qui sont trĂšs bon. Une petite Ă©picerie qui a beaucoup de choix. Un gros merci

This was our third visit to Los Suenos and by far, this condo has been our favorite! The large, corner terrace is so spacious! We enjoyed the gorgeous sunset views and morning ocean views with the macaws on the trees right in front of us. The condo layout is perfect with a large primary suite with an ocean view and two secondary rooms down a seperate hallway, along with a full bathroom and laundry room. The kitchen is really well appointed. We had everything we needed to cook, store food, etc. Loved being on the 3rd floor because it is the top floor for that building. There is also an elevator in this building (which is NOT guaranteed in most buildings) Great for bringing up groceries, luggage, etc. We coordinated with the property management company to schedule transportation from/to the airport as well as rent a golf cart. So easy to have one point of contact! HIGHLY recommend the golf cart as this condo is located toward the entrance of Los Suenos. All in all, a fabulous trip and condo. We already want to rebook it!

You will not regret booking this property! It is so clean and safe. There are great restaurants and shopping close by. Beautiful views out every window. The beds are comfy and kitchen is well stocked if you want to cook.

Excellent stay!

I couldn’t be happier with our stay. The condo was perfect for our family of 4 adults. Perfect location. The locals were so friendly and helpful. So much to do in this area not to mention the beautiful view from the balcony and anywhere in CR. Check in was great! Communication was top notch. We loved it here and hated to leave. Will definitely be back and hopefully next time with the grandkids. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Thanks Mark!

Fantastic stay!

We enjoyed Los Sueños so much! The condo was a perfect location. Easy golf cart to the beach, the local shopping complex and the many restaurants throughout the resort and local area (we really enjoyed Coco’s at sunset!). The gorgeous grounds and stunning sunsets made for the most amazing photos. We had good communication with Dream Makers and they assisted with cart rental and tours. Plus, Mark answered our many questions about Los Sueños and the Jaco area... We truly appreciated his help when needing to extend due to flight issues. We hope to be back very soon!

Excellent property

This is a very nice, large and clean property. The veranda is huge and overlooks the water which made the trip. It also wraps around and looks at the community pool. Have beach club access is also a big plus. The owner is easily accessible and very responsive. We had 6 people and were all very comfortable. There are also plenty of towels and blankets which can be a problem in other properties. The kitchen was well equipped too. We would hightly recommend!

Great family accommodations

We loved our time in CR at Marc’s condo. The size and location were perfect. The only change I would make to our trip was not renting a car and opting for the hosts to arrange transportation to and from the airport for us, and then rent a golf cart to get around the resort. We hardly used the car, and the driving was not comfortable as the roads are narrow and congested. But that is really a tip for being down there. The kitchen was very well equipped and our family loved to eat outside and enjoy the scenery while having breakfast. Definitely go on the Costa Cat for an excursion, but don’t expect great snorkeling. Overall awesome trip and hosts!

Great first trip to Costa Rica

We had an amazing stay at Mark's lovely condo in the Los Suenos resort. Keylor and Larry w/Costa Rica Dreammakers (property management company) were super helpful before & during the stay, especially w/booking a fishing charter (best way to ensure you aren't taken advantage of by the "deals" down at the beach area), renting a golf cart and car, & airport transportation to & from the condo. The photos on the listing really don't do it justice. Everything was clean & comfortable, with plenty of towels and almost everything in way of kitchen-ware (the only thing we didn't see/find was a baking sheet). The balcony views in the AM (macaws & many other native birds) & sunset views in the evening were breathtaking. (Hint - you can get the best sunset pics from the grassy area between the closest pool & golf course - also fun to watch the egrets fly in & hang out in a tree as the sky turns pink, red, or orange, depending on the day.) I definitely recommend this resort for a first trip to CR. The Beach Club is beautiful w/good food - but beware of the drink prices, which are not advertised (they charged me for each part of a paloma bringing a 12 ounce drink to almost $20). Jaco isn't too far (you will need a car) & the mid-week Farmer's Market is a must for the best produce, eggs, & meats. The grocery stores in Jaco have better prices also - though next trip we will rent the car in San Jose & shop there before heading to the beach. All in all, great stay and hope to return soon!

Perfect Spot

My husband and my young adult children ages 18, 20, and 22 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for everyone. The condo had a really great flow and excellent view. Macaws visited outside every morning! The communication before and during our stay was excellent. I would highly recommend!

Very nice condo

Beautiful condo and property and very close to many amenities and activities. We saw macaws from our balcony every morning and some evenings. Only downside is that you MUST drive to get on the beach, either to the Beach Club or out of the property and to the public beach. There is NO way to access the beach by foot and we saw several families walking around trying to figure it out too.

Perfect Getaway!!

Our family of 4 was so comfortable in this condo! It was better than described! Great communication with the owner before our stay. Wonderful help and communication from the property management to help schedule golf cart and excursions. Super fast and easy check in. The condo was SO clean, beds were comfy and great sheets and towels! The view was AMAZING! Being so close to the resort and restaurants was so nice! Everything was perfect!!! We are already planning our next trip!

Fun Stay

We had a great stay. We debated staying in Jaco v. Los Suenos. I am so glad we choose Los Suenos. It has 4 nice restaurants and is beautifully maintained. Jaco is a bit junky. We took a surfing lesson there and spent the day shopping. If you do not rent a car, I would highly recommend a golf cart. You need the golf cart to get to the club, restaurants, and grocery store. I also recommend taking the golf cart up the beach in front of the condo to watch the sunset. You cannot reach the beach from the condo. You have to leave the development and drive up to the beach. There are several restaurants along the beach too. I wish there were chairs in the condo to take up to the beach. Ceazar, the property manager, did a great job. They can help you with excursions, taxis to the airport, and almost anything else you need.
