Your beautiful ocean front - beach front vacation home is on the 11-floor of Pacific Point (PP). PP is the newest beach front condo in the center of the beach/bay. Breathtaking sunsets from the spacious terrace or from the community roof top terrace. From the outdoor sitting and dining area you can enjoy watching and listening to the waves while reading a book, enjoying a happy hour drink, or having dinner while watching the sunset. This is the life – THIS IS PURA VIDA.

Are you a digital nomad? Or do you need to have a workstation/area while on vacation? We have a custom work desk with built in shelves to allow you to work or personally I like to set it up at the table on the terrace and have one of the best "Office" views in town.

The condo is very spacious and is about 102 m2 / 1100 sf2. The master bedroom has an en-suite and a walk-in closet, and you can lay in the king size bed and enjoy watching the waves. The 2nd bedroom has 1 queen bed and a bathroom just outside the bedroom door. Both bathrooms have walk-in showers with rain head. There is also body soap, shampoo, and hair dryers provided in each bathroom. To help you feel at home the kitchen is fully equipped with plates, glasses, cooking/baking pans etc. Along with a microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher, and a full-size refrigerator. For your convenience there is a washer/dryer to do laundry. Striped beach/pool towels are provided for your use. Bar stools at the center island to eat indoors or just sit and socialize with the cook. The living room area has a TV for your entertainment along with included Wi-Fi. From the kitchen/Living room areas you have a beautiful view of the ocean and beach. You have access to the terrace through both the master bedroom and living room. For your comfort there are 3 A/C units.

Pacific Point is an exclusive and gated community with a covered parking garage and 24-hour security on site for your peace of mind. The condo building is at the center of the beach. You have 2 shared pools and have direct access to Jacó Beach through the condo gate by the beach front pool. There is also an exercise gym and a BBQ area by the 2nd pool area. If you want to visit a wide variety of shops, supermarkets, bars, and restaurants, they are steps away.

We are situated in the center of the bay/beach which has the best surfing area in town. Bring your own board or you can rent one from the several businesses on the beach and if you are new to surfing you can take lessons.

From December - March you have a good chance to see whales from the terrace. Is that not spectacular?
