Very good hotel. Mall entrance is from inside the lobby by the coffee shop at the lobby not very far is about 25 minutes. Dr. to the airport extended my day one hour which is very kind of them very clean. New hotel mall is very nice. has everything people who check in and check me out are very kind people his name is hanif , Nadia and garland were very nice and gave me great service.

You can really feel their fresh new vibes—elegant, bright, and impeccably clean. Loved the easy access to Bintaro Xchange Mall, making it super convenient for a quick shopping or dining trip. Their 24-hour gym is a huge plus, and the local breakfast options were definitely a highlight. The hotel is fine. However, if your room faces the main road, it is unbearably noisy at night. They need more sound proofing because the loud motorcycles will disrupt your sleep.
