So close to airport, avoid the traffic jam and stress for moning flight. Better of staying at Fairfield than in a hotel im city fora morning flight

When I arrived the hotel, there is no service man to help my luggage. There is a misunderstanding when I ordered breakfast to go. It was Mia sent to another customer. I had to order again and delay the shuttle Bus.

The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The location is great for a layover and the free shuttle makes it very convenient. I was able to get a ride arranged by the hotel outside of the regular shuttle schedule because of my arrival time, and the driver was great. All staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast was very good with great coffee, and again, wonderful staff. Will definitely book again for a Jakarta layover.

I forgot to reserve airport pickup, and only called them after landing, they sent a driver car right away, really appreciated it. Super close to the airport, like 5min drive. Fairly new and modern deco and rooms. Perfect for a clean and comfortable stay near the airport. Good value for money as well.
