The staff were great and the rooms cleaned well each day. The building though is a little dated and could do with remodeling. Outside was dirty and chaotic like most of Jakarta but this is not the fault of the hotel. Probably wont visit Jakarta again but if I did I would stay and the Menara Peninsular again.

The staff was nice and friendly but overall the hotel is a bit old and run down. Good menu for room service and the bed is comfy but the toilet is a bit old and smells from the drains. The water flow of the shower was also not so great and hot water took a while to come.

Peninsula is an older hotel but is in good shape. Good cleaning staff, food is good too. It needs a little more in the cleaning department, a bit moldy here & there

Food was excellent, best staff very friendly. It is an older property with some upgrades but needs new carpet throughout. The shower walls are moldy. Staff cleaned the room thoroughly each day.

Value for money

The overall hotel need to be renovated. It looks tired..... TV is too small, leaky faucet, accoustic between room need improvement as you can hear your neighbor taking shower/flushing.

I have stayed here before and always get good sleep. Facilities are great and the location makes getting to the airport easy, which is an important consideration in Jakarta
