Definitely our fault for not researching where this hotel was located. Photos appealed as it was a leafier looking hotel which is unusual for Jakarta. We had no idea (and it is not evident from the information available on hotels.com) that it was essentially in the middle of an amusement park. The excessive noise was horrendous. Loud music would start from 730am and go most of the day. Do not stay here if you like sleep. The entry system was not explained in the booking. You have to enter Ancol to get to the hotel but your hotel booking is not sufficient. They sent us away to buy a pass to enter Ancol. We called the hotel who said we had to WhatsApp a PDF of the hotels.com booking and then they would send a barcode that the gate would scan. The barcode was good for one entry and you needed a separate one for exiting. Traffic was the worst that Jakarta has to offer. Some buildings/room are falling part.
Would recommend against booking.
Rodents mice and rats had to move out of one unit to another because of rodents disgusting you would get up to go to the bathroom at night and the would be running on the floor pretty sad at 160$ a night
Good resort for a couple of days in Jakarta.
Bring mosquito repellent - rooms don't have nets - and at this time of year ( end of Oct) there's a lot!
Villas are a bit dated but I liked the vintage luxurious touches
Worst hotel ever. Very old and dirty. There was dead bed bugs on the bedcover. Fridge very old and dirty. Itâs a nightmare to stay in there. Used to be my childhood favourite hotel. My childâs hand swollen because of the bugs bite. Itâs not the nearly 2 million rupiah hotel room should be.

We booked based on the beautiful advertisement of the infinity pool. On arrival, receptionist was void of warmth nor sign of hospitality.
When we saw our room on the second, it wad dark and totally dated. Window was small overlooking a huge blue tarp that was falling apart. It was one of the worst booking i had experienced.
Despite no refund policy from hotel.com we left without touching anything in the room.
They are in the process of renovations. The pool were their first stop. We were fool by them!
The stay was good but hotel needs to be refurbished. However, we forgot to get our money deposit and the frontdesk person did not also remind us. We will be staying there again and so we will bring our Voucher Receipt to get our money deposit.
Vi havde booked 3 hytter til familiesamkomst. Check in var meget langsommeligt. Det tog over en halv time og vi kunne endda kun fÄ en af hyttene til t starte med, da de andre ikke var gjort rene.
Hyttene var meget beskidte. Der lÄ gammel plastik ske og madrester ved sofaen. Meget snavs under hÄndvaskene En af double sengene var fyldt med smuld fra loftet pga. termitter. Loftet var dÊkket med klar tape, der hvor termitter har haft travlt. DÞren til badevÊrelset kunne ikke lukkes. MÞblerne var i dÄrlig tilstand. Den ene af stolene var nÊsten knÊkket. VÊggene var fyldte med huller. Hyttene trÊnger til en gennemgribende renovering. UdendÞrs arealer trÊnger ogsÄ til en kÊrlig hÄnd. Det var en meget skuffende oplevelse.
Det eneste positiv ved ophold var morgenmad. Der var lĂŠkkert, varierer og rigeligt. Chef kokken var en hyggelig fĂŠtter. Vi elsker hans mad.
