We got a two bedroom villa, which by itself was not bad overall but there were a few reasons why we wouldn’t stay there again. Firstly the layout. Both En suite bathrooms didn’t have a door from the bedroom, which maybe okay for 2 couples but for a family a no-go. Another thing was that one of the En suite bathrooms didn’t have a toilet(shower and sink only), the toilet was by itself in a small separate room in the living room area. There was also a foul odor, from what we thought was the septic system outside of our villa every time we drove in and out. The room our daughters shared, the floor started getting wet, I scanned the barcode in the villa to report it, never saw anyone come by and never heard anything back. Also, while not a deal breaker by itself, the villa was only cleaned once every three days.

I did a detailed review on google. The place is clean. The villa set up was a little odd. Customer service for me was a 2 out 5 for a specific reason. The area was safe. Beach access was close. I would not stay here again due to a specific occurrence

The room was clean throughout the duration of our stay. Staff were curtious and were helpful. Breakfast menu was better offering several varieties. Pool is usable from 7AM to 7PM. The resort provides with passes to visit Jan Thiel Beach and Mondi Beach which usually require purchases. Overall a better stay for your money. Book early to avoid higher rates.

The property is clean and generally well maintained, with a nice pool area and an on-site restaurant. However, multiple issues significantly reduced the value of the stay. The bathroom layout lacked doors for showers and toilets, and one bedroom had no toilet at all, resulting in very limited privacy. Although the porch was large, the balustrade was so tall and solid that it almost completely blocked the view. There was an intermittent sewage odor across the resort, at times strong enough that we had to keep doors closed. The kitchen lacked basic starter items such as dish detergent and a sponge. The laundry facilities were poor and overpriced: $6 to wash and $6 to dry, yet the dryer did not work properly—even after a full 45-minute cycle. There was also only one washer and one dryer for the property. Most importantly, we booked and paid for an ocean-view villa but were assigned a garden-view unit instead. The property refused to refund the price difference and suggested canceling through Expedia and finding alternative accommodations, which was not realistic. Expedia attempted to assist, but the issue remained unresolved because the property declined to authorize a refund. The accommodations provided were not as described at booking, and the lack of resolution significantly affected value for money. We would not return or recommend this property.

Our villa was everything we needed, it great condition, clean and had mostly everything we needed. We loved the location and the staff tried to accommodate us every time we had a need. To note, we started in a street side room and it was way too noisy but we were moved and it was a perfect stay. Also note the rooms are cleaned every third day and towels can only be exchanged the next day not multiple times per day. Neither were a big deal for us.
