Communication with host

Communication with host was difficult because emails from host containing important information, such as how to check in, were very last minute. Also emails to host were not replied to in a timely manner.

Great Apartment in a Nice Location.

This is a comfortable, clean, well stocked apartment in a great complex. Lovely porch on our second floor unit with doors to the main room that open completely. The pool is fantastic with a great view of a section of Spanish Waters Bay. A car is a must, with a nice local beach a short drive away, as well as several nice restaurants and access to many activities.

Beautiful pool

Absolutely spotless from a cleaning point of view. The couch a bit tired, though, not enough seating in the living room. Wonderful pool/grounds, the location very isolated, you need a car to do anything, we are walkers and tried. They supply TP and s and p and coffee. Everything else you buy. We had to change our departure a little bit and emailed them 12 hours before, they don’t seem to check it often but everything worked out fine. They charge for separately for electricity. I’ve never seen that before but the place has AC in every room, which is a bit of a rarity here. Normally it is just the bedrooms. If you kept the AC on during the day, you would rack quite a bill. Very quiet except for some morning dogs.

Exactly as shown

The condo is exactly as shown on the listing. There is enough storage in the bedroom closets (and plenty of hangers which is often not the case). The kitchen has a supply of cookware, glasses and dishes and is okay for basic cooking. The indoor/outdoor area is the real prize, a great place for dining or having a drink with the entire wall opening up to expand the area. Nice views, probably one of the least obstructed from the balcony to see the marina across the way. The pool area was clean and we never had an issue finding a spot to lounge. Made friends with some lizards and iguanas too! Not an area where you can do a lot of walking but a quick drive to restaurants, grocery stores and a beach. We had a few requests at the beginning and the property manager was very responsive and pleasant to deal with.
