Just a 5‑minute walk to the community beach on the Albemarle Sound for breathtaking sunsets, and a short 20‑minute drive to the OBX.

This thoughtfully built tiny house makes the most of every inch, offering a bright, efficient layout with tall ceilings and a huge front porch that instantly expands the living space. Inside, you’ll find a full kitchen, a full bathroom, and a cozy lofted bedroom with a queen bed.

Please note: The Second Bedroom is the loft with a queen bed.The loft has lower ceilings and is designed for relaxing and sleeping — you can’t fully stand upright. Access is by a sturdy 9‑ft ladder, and for safety, young children are not permitted in the loft. Guests should use caution when climbing.

The home sits in a peaceful, tucked‑away neighborhood with a small, quiet community beach just a 5‑minute walk away. Traveling with a larger group?
