Neglected room. Gross shower, rundown, old hotel. Had to more or less kick the door in the close it and get the key cards reprogrammed everyday. Just not a nice place. Pros: People that worked there were nice, and the bed wasn’t terrible. Would not recommend...ever.

Great place to stay! Room excellent, staff was nice to work with. Maintenance very responsive to issues. Very nice breakfast. Chairs in lobby were very uncomfortable to sit in for any period of time!

the pool area was not very clean , most of the lights around the pool didn't work, making it not very light in there...the pool water was green and there was quite alot of hair in the pool. I would definitely not stay here again unless they improve and clean up.

It was just me and my wife, but there were several families staying there over the weekend as well. The indoor pool was a hit. It was occupied the entire weekend, so my wife and I never got a chance to enjoy that. The arcade was a fun little touch too! The front desk attendants were all very friendly, even keeping the breakfast open late for us when our phones didn't adjust to the time change.

Dissapointed

Our room was not ready when we arrived, TWO HOURS after the posted check in time of 3pm. Pool area was very dark. Very few pool towels available. When we finally got settled and into bed due to late check in and a quick trip to the pool, we noticed that the platform under the 2nd bed was broken. My husband was not able to lay inbthe bed without basically catapulting me out of the bed. It was 2am and we had sleeping kids. We opted to sleep 3 to one bed and him in the broken bed on the non-broken side. The morning staff member was doing his best to keep breakfast moving, but it was very busy and tight quarters. Overall, Im insanely thankful it was just one night between our visits to Holiday World.... but we will definitely not be back.

Hotel would not take care of issues which were outrageously loud people throughout the hotel. Kids screaming, running down the hall, slamming doors. Couldn’t get on elevator because kids were playing on it. You tell the desk and they don’t care or do anything about it. Nice hotel for the most part just incompetent people running it.

The front desk clerk was very nonchalant, meaning he wasn’t welcoming or particularly nice when we checked out. When I said good morning to other staff, I got a blank stare and no response. There was mold in the shower and the room carpet was dinghy.
