I booked through Expedia, which I didn’t know that’s where the website took me. I tried to book for jasper Tennessee but was somehow booked for jasper Indiana. I believe they’re was a communication problem, I repeated that I wanted Tennessee a few times but still got booked for Indiana. When I called to straighten it out I was hung up on several times. Don’t book through Expedia.

Horrible front desk

Front desk was so rude and not helpful in resolving a conflict with the booking service. Would not provide any documentation for me to dispute the duplicate charges.

The shower had mold in it. The filter in the ac was filthy and my husband had to wash it out in the shower. Not enough towels provided for an every other day "cleaning" of the room. I was disappointed.

This was my first time staying at Fairfield Inn. I was impressed. I had no issues with this property. The pool was small, but it’s a good size for kids to play and stand in (3-4ft.). I would stay there again!
