Never again

If a bed to sleep in is all you need, then this will suffice. But it will not be a place we stay at again. The rooms were in overall poor condition...bugs killed all over the walls, inside of bathroom door was filthy and shower head was rusty, just to name a few issues. And when we killed a bedbug in the bathroom on our last morning, it didn't take us long to get packed and get out.

YUCK!!!!

Cons: Poor breakfast
Bathroom had hair in it. Carpet was grungy! Air conditioner hardly worked in my room! High cool was luke warm! To much to pay for the HORRIBLE SERVICE WE RECEIVED! The staff was very rude, asked the housekeeper if I could have clean towels she said we have to go to the laundry to get them. Pool sign said it opens at 8 when we asked if they would open the pool at 8:30 they said only if your going to swim not to just feel the water otherwise they open at 9. Went back to the pool that night it was closed at 9 sign said 10 asked them to re-open they said no when I came to my room to call corporate the phone number they gave me wouldn't go through. Customer service is HORRIBLE!!!!
