Welcome to Villa Strelitzia, 4 bedroom with a private pool and plenty of space for 8 people. Javea’s beautiful suncoast and one of the Spanish best beach located just a short drive from the villa. Bring the whole family to enjoy this great place with lots of room for fun. The villa in located in a quiet urbanization.



The open-concept living/dining space is a welcome haven after a day at the beach, with cozy interiors and plenty of furniture so everyone can unwind comfortably. You’ll find many areas to take an afternoon nap, play a card game, or gather for snacks and a cool drink. The living room is fully loaded with a couch, chair, and the kitchen is an absolute delight. Whip up delicious tropical drinks, prepare casual dinners, or create a huge spread of appetizers the whole crowd will enjoy.



Enjoy the Spanish evenings, then retire to the master suite with a king-sized bed, air conditioning wardrobe and with the bathroom in the hallway. Here you will find a walk-in shower, toilet and sink.



The upstairs offers three comfortable bedrooms with lots of natural light from the large windows. The master bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink. The other two bedrooms are furnished with two single beds and have wardrobes and air conditioning. In the hallway, these bedrooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet.



Soak up the sun at the private pool, unwind in the garden with a good book, and relax the day away. When you’re ready for exploring, eat, drink, and play… Then is the golf course only 5 minutes away and the bustling city life and the beaches of Javea only 10 minutes away!

3: The maximum number of tenants is strictly limited to 8 people; exceeding this number is not permitted.

4: Parties are strictly prohibited at all times.

5: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you must restock them yourself.
