In the resort 300 m from the centre of Javea - El Arenal, in a quiet, sunny position, 350 m from the sea, 350 m from the beach. For shared use: beautiful, well-kept garden with lawn and plants, swimming pool angular (15 x 10 m, depth 40 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Children's pool, outdoor shower. In the house: burglar alarm system. Parking on the premises. Grocery 100 m, supermarket 500 m, restaurant, café 60 m, bus stop "Parada Arenal" 240 m, sandy beach "El Arenal" 350 m. Sports harbour 400 m, surf school 400 m, sailing school, tennis 350 m.
