Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans la villa de Patricia, nous étions 7, 4 adultes et 3 enfants. La villa est trÚs belle, trÚs bien placée pour aller dans le centre historique a pied. TrÚs bien équipée, trÚs bonne literie, cuisine trÚs bien équipée ainsi que 2 terrasses pour les repas. Patricia est à l'écoute, nous avons passé un superbe séjour, merci!

Perfect villa for our family

We had an amazing time at this property! The outdoor kitchen was a real highlight, and we ended up using it for every meal. The hot plate, outdoor fridge, and overall setup made cooking and dining outside so easy.Our children had an absolute blast with all the outdoor toys, and the pool was a big hit with everyone. Although it wasn’t heated, it was just the right temperature for hours of fun!The location was also great – the local old town had a wonderful selection of places to eat, and we enjoyed two fantastic meals out. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot for a family vacation. We’re already thinking about when we can return!

The outside space at this villa is amazing, stunning views and lots of different seating areas. Our 2 yr old grandson loved all the toys and kept him well entertained. Fantastic swimming pool also. The villa itself is beautiful and lots of space for 6 adults and our grandson. Location is perfect, 10 minutes walk into the old town with lots of lovely bars and restaurants and very close to all amenities. All in all a fantastic stay

Javea - Just Beautiful!

Patricia's villa is just fantastic! Great location to the old town and 20 mins walk to the front. The villa had everything that we needed. Great pool, lovely outdoor seated area's, large garage and multiple bedrooms / bathrooms. Patricia was very responsive and a great host! Javea is beautiful and will definitely be returning!

Child-friendly house

it was a really child-friendly house. The upperfloor was modernized and neat. The beds were good and bathroom also. The ground floor was outdated but still good. The benches do need to be replaced. The swimming pool and the area around it were really nice and child-friendly. Inside on the ground Floor the wifi was fast en good. Outside at the swimming pool an Inside on the first Floor we had no wifi signal witch was a pitty. Overall we had a great time at a lovely house! Patricia was a good hostess

Delightful stay in Javea

We were very impressed with the villa ( cleanliness and facilities ) and the pool and outside area which was very spacious. Our youngsters 4, 7 loved the pool which was heated. Our party of six adults enjoyed alfresco dining and the large spaces for the sun loungers. Our host Patricia was very helpful and gave quick responses to any questions we had. All-in-all we had a lovely holiday.

Loved it

The villa was pretty much perfect for us. Everything was of a very high standard and Patricia was very responsive in providing instructions and reccomendations for the area. Our whole family really enjoyed the pool, outdoor cooking facilities and relaxing in the various sitting areas in the villa. Children were well catered for with lots of toys/games at their disposal. Would love to stay again in the future.

Beautiful Villa, Great location, Excellent host

What a fabulous villa. We’ve stayed in Javea several times in the past few years, and this is by far and away the best villa we’ve stayed in. A nice mix of space both indoors and out, great outdoor kitchen, well appointed, some nice rustic charm, and an exceptional host. Patricia was fabulous throughout. Great communication before we arrived, and even a lovely home baked cake delivered a few days before we left. The location of this villa is great. A quick 10 min walk into the center of the old town, and about 15 mins walk to the shops and bars near the port. Very quiet. Not overlooked. But maybe don’t try using the rear car parking spot as the roads leading to it are beyond tight. One inside and one outside the garage worked fine though. Thank you for a great stay.

Estupenda villa

Hemos estado 6 noches en este alojamiento y nos ha encantado a las 2 familias con niños que fuimos. La casa estå muy cuidada, limpia y nos nos faltó nada. La villa tiene un porche con una mesa y bancos, y una terracita muy chula con una mesita y unos sofås, ademås de la zona de piscina en donde también hay una zona de comedor, que hizo que pråcticamente todo el tiempo estuviéramos fuera de la casa. A la piscina le da todo el día el sol, tiene tumbonas, y también porches para resguardarse del sol. Tiene unas vistas muy chulas, sin agobio de casas u otras villas cercanas. El interior de la casa también estå muy bien, con 2 saloncitos con espacio, que los niños utilizaron también en su ocio en las horas de mås calor. Los 2 baños estån en la planta de abajo, ambos con ducha, y las habitaciones (2 arriba y 2 en la planta baja) solo las utilizamos para dormir. En la planta de arriba hay también una terraza pero, con todo lo que hay en la planta de abajo, nosotros no la utilizamos. Estå a 5 minutos andando del pueblo de Jåvea lo que lo hace cómodo para salir a comprar algo o dar una vuelta sin coger el coche. Para la playa ya es un paseito mås largo y nosotros cogimos el coche. Nos ha encantado la casa y el trato de la dueña al recibirnos. Repetiremos en cuanto podamos.

Spanish Style

We’ve just returned from a fantastic two week stay at Patricia’s property, and we loved every minute! The house is immaculately clean and beautifully presented in the modern Spanish style. We particularly loved the outdoor space and the choice of four dining areas, and the wonderful pool. The owners are extremely friendly, leaving some tasty bread when we arrived and made sure to check that we’d settled into the property via text message. When we did experience a minor setback - a blocked shower - Patricia sorted it out straight away. Patricia is well set up for guests - particularly younger ones. Our son had use of a travel cot, toys and books and pool toys too. The property is definitely a family friendly one and it’s easy to block off access to the pool and any steps a toddler could fall down. The neighbourhood is very peaceful and looks over a beautiful small fruit orchard. We walked into the old town (10 minutes) several times and enjoyed wonderful tapas and drinks in the evenings. The food is Javea is excellent! For the beach at the port we needed the car (it was just too hot to walk). The closest beach is shingle but this was not a problem as the ocean was clean and the setting quite idyllic. The area is filled with cafes and bars and you can park if you’re early enough. The main beach at Arenal is also fantastic, with a great promenade to explore in the evenings and markets to check out. Thank you Patricia. We’d love to visit again!
