The accommodation is excellent, I have stayed ...

The accommodation is excellent, I have stayed here a number of times before in this apartment and others in the same complex. The grounds themselves are very safe and secure. The outside and pool area is excellent and it's only a short 5-7 min walk to the arenal beach. Inside the apartment is split over 3 floors. All the floors are marble which is great for keeping things cool, but they can become slippery if they get wet. Also be mindful there are a number of stairs inside the property, this could be an issue if you have young children or have elderly people staying. There is however a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor which can be used for anyone who has difficulty climbing stairs.

The location of this property is perfect to be able to access local restaurants, supermarkets and the beach. The property is situated in a lovely little complex with beautiful gardens and a lovely clean and well maintained pool. Good air conditioning units in the bedrooms and the dining/living room area. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a villa not to be missed. It's in a perfect position for access to the Arenal, supermarket, tabacos, pharmacy. You have everything you need right on your doorstep. The villa itself is clean, comfortable, and exactly what me and my family wanted to make our holiday a great one. We would definitely recommend/come back again.
